
Camp Director, Cliff Wenn has over 25 years experience teaching and playing squash.
He is certified at the highest level by the WPSA, a member of the Wilson Squash Advisory Staff, a US Squash Pro Affiliate Member, and is a USSRA National Verifier. Cliff holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an M.S. in Sports Management from Northeastern University.
Cliff is a Malaysian/American who grew up overseas in India, Singapore and Malaysia where he learned the game from several of the region's top coaches and players. Over the years he has played and trained with many top 100 players and also trained for 5 years with former Malaysian national squash champion, Razlan Hashim when he lived in Boston.
Racquet sports run in his family, his Uncle, Desmond Oon, played Davis Cup tennis for Malaysia, was the Singapore National Tennis Coach, and his Father was a school table tennis and badminton champion.
Over the past 25 years in the US, Cliff has been the Head Pro at several Boston area clubs, and was a Head College Squash Coach for 10 years at both Tufts University & Wellesley College.
Currently Cliff is the Head Squash Pro at the Maugus Club in Wellesley, MA, where he has taught for the past 14 years. Cliff coaches several top ranked juniors from the surrounding prep schools, and many competitive adults.
